After the holidays and all that decadent, delicious, fattening food, I picked up 7 pounds! After 3 days of nothing but this soup, I lost those extra pounds. This soup is so tasty, nourishing with protein and nutrients we need, I have continued this detox soup for a couple of weeks and more weight loss.
