4 large tomatoes
2 large zucchini
1 tsp fresh rosemary
1 TBsp garlic, minced
1/4 cup fresh Italian parsley, flat leaf
1/2 cup cilantro
2 green onions
1 red onion
Feta cheese to taste
Cut the tomatoes in cubes and put into a large bowl. Slice the zucchini on the diagonal and add to the tomatoes.
Finely chop the fresh rosemary and add it to the other ingredients. Add the minced garlic. Chop the Italian parsley small and add to the bowl. Coarsely chop the cilantro and add to the bowl. Chop the green onion and add to the other ingredients. Slice the red onion into crescent moon strips and add to the bowl.
Add organic Italian salad dressing and toss to thoroughly coat. Refrigerate to chill.
Remove from refrigerator approximately 30 minutes before serving. Add Feta cheese before serving. ♥
